Richard (Rick) Snowden brings a comprehensive knowledge of investments, retirement plans and wealth management into each of his relationships, using his experience to convey sophisticated ideas in a straightforward and logical way. Rick combines his instructional approach and broad knowledge of financial topics into tangible investment guidance and consulting services for his clients. Rick’s experience has been refined over decades. He is celebrating his 26th year in the financial services industry. For 18 years before joining Fundamental Wealth Advisors, Rick owned his own investment consulting firm in the Bryan-College Station community. Rick served as assistant vice president and regional employee benefits manager for a major national bank before starting his own practice. Rick began his career with a major mutual fund company.
Rick is a graduate of Texas A&M University and in 2010 earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) Designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies®. The AIF® designation signifies specialized knowledge of fiduciary responsibility and the ability to implement policies and procedures that meet a defined standard of care. Rick holds the series 06, 07, 63, and 65 licenses.
Rick is an avid woodworker and loves the outdoors. Rick and his wife, Allison, are active in their church and enjoy spending time with their two sons.
