Demond Oliver grew up in Tyler, Texas and has called Aggieland home since 1996. After serving the country as a United States Marine for five years and the city as a Bryan Police officer for 22 years, Demond earned his BS in University Studies Leadership with a minor in financial planning from Texas A&M University in 2021. Through holding the Series 6, 63, and 65 securities registrations as well as a life and health insurance license, Demond has ensured he is well equipped to meet the needs of his clients at Fundamental Wealth Advisors.
Honorable service to others is the hallmark how Demond utilizes his time. As an active member of Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Bryan, the Brazos Valley Marine Corps League (Detachment 1391), the Hospice of Brazos Valley Board of Directors, the City of Bryan’s Zoning Board of Adjustment, and the City of Bryan’s Civil Service Commission, Demond is committed to improving the quality of life for the families of the Brazos Valley.
Demond is married to Michele, and they are parents to two adult children. In his leisure, Demond enjoys spending time with his wife, roughhousing with his energetic goddaughter, and watching sports.
