Kaitlin Shoemaker, a native of Dayton, graduated high school in 2014 in pursuit of a career in the banking industry. Her expansive skillset afforded her opportunities as a teller, loan administrator, call center representative, and deposit operations specialist. Through executing varied roles in the realm of finance, Kaitlin has developed a wide capacity to assist people of all means and circumstances in developing a healthy mindset.
Transitioning from local banking to the wealth management business was a natural process as developing trustworthy client relationships is the cornerstone of both industries. Kaitlin has a love for the financial world and a productive, growth mentality.
Beyond work, Kaitlin loves reading and being on the water. Spending quality time with her family is Kaitlin’s personal priority as those strong relationships have formed her into the woman she is today.
